Verbs


Another group of verbs is like those given below:

There is yet another group of verbs which are made up by joining a qualifying word to a root verb e.g.

Future Tense

Future Tense (Bavish Kal)   
Gachun = to go Khyon = to eat
I will go. I will eat.
You will go. You will eat.
He will go. He will eat.
We will go. We will eat.
You will go. You will eat.
She will go. She will eat.

More sentences for practice are given below. Read these aloud and remember by heart.
 
1. What is the time?
2. Now it's ten minutes past four.
3. The time is twenty minutes to three.
4. It is half past one.
5. When is he coming?
6. He will come at exactly five o'clock.
7. My watch is correct.
8. What is the date today.
9. Today is eighth March.
10. He comes on Sunday.
11. What day is it today?
12. Today is Monday.
